Life is Beautiful 2013: Chefs On Stage


Chefs take the stage for two days of demonstrations showcasing their latest techniques on two state of the art Sub-Zero stages in a climate controlled tent. ┬áChef Rick Moonen takes the stage on October 26th at 7:45pm for a 45-minute demonstration on how to make “Chicken Fried Halibut Cheek with Green Tartar Sauce and Slaw with Nuc Cham Vinaigrette.”
