Carnivale du Vin 2013


PThe Krewe du Vin for 2013 has been announced! Champagne Louis Roederer will welcome guests, and the Bacchus Recpetion will feature fine wines by Chuck Wagner of Caymus Vineyards, and his children, who now form the Wagner Family of Wine.  These wines will be paired with nationally recognized chefs John Besh, Cat Cora, Rick Moonen, and Aarón Sánchez serving Louisiana Seafood. The national chefs will mentor students from non-profit culinary and hospitality programs supported by the foundation, and the students will serve gala guests. Emeril Lagasse and chefs de cuisine from his 13 restaurants will prepare a four course menu paired with Cakebread CellarsPride Mountain, and Williams Selyem wines. Bon Appetit!
